Registration and sponsorships are now open.

Lakeview Health Services invites you to join us on Tuesday, August 15th for our annual benefit golf tournament! Your day will include 18 holes of golf with cart, tee gifts, raffles, lunch on the turn, on-course contests, post-play hors d’oeuvre reception and awards presentation. Awards include trophy prizes for the low-score championship team and mixed championship team as well as the on-course contests.

This year’s event will be held once again at Blue Heron Hills Golf Club, a unique and scenic course located in nearby Macedon, NY. Registration for the four-person scramble begins at 9:30 a.m. Golf begins with a shot-gun start at 10:30.

For your convenience and enjoyment, Blue Heron Hills Golf Club offers a fully stocked pro shop, men’s and lady’s locker rooms and the Gananda Pub, all located at course level. The post-play reception, dinner, and awards presentation will be enjoyed in the upper level dining and deck area boasting spectacular views of the course.
